Making an Appointment
We have three conveniently located offices. There are two offices in Chesapeake – Great Bridge and Western Branch; and one in Virginia
Beach in the Pembroke area.
When you call for an appointment, be sure to specify which office you want to be seen at. Our scheduling and charting systems are linked,
so we can accommodate you in any office.
Our hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday in all offices. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. We have other patients that may need to be worked in.
On occasion, we might have to reschedule your appointment with us, we will make every effort to reschedule you for a time convenient for you.

Emergencies
In the event of an emergency that is related to an ear,nose or throat problem, please do not hesitate to call the office and explain what is occurring. If you are calling after hours with an emergency, our answering service will contact the on-call physician. In the event of a medical emergency that requires immediate medical attention, please call 9-11 or report to your local emergency room.
