Jeffrey P. Powell, M.D., D.D.S., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Jeffrey Powell is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Powell received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. Prior to that, he also received his dental degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dentistry. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at Eastern Virginia Medical School as well as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Powell is an FAA Medical Examiner as well as the Medical Director and member of the Chesapeake Police SWAT team. He is a member of the Chesapeake, Virginia and Northampton County, North Carolina Sheriff's Departments. He also functions as the Medical Director for the Virginia Beach Police Special Operations, Helicopter Division and is one of their flight officers. He is a well-known public speaker in the field of otolaryngology and allergy and has authored various publications in these fields. He has received many honors and awards during his career and has served on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority for over 15 years. Dr. Powell also serves as a consultant to various pharmaceutical companies in relation to medications dealing with ear, nose, and throat disorders as well as allergic diseases. He was recently voted as a "Top Doc" by the "Hampton Roads Monthly" magazine and is the senior partner and founder of Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists. Dr. Powell works out of the Chesapeake office.

Alan Keyes, M.D.
Dr Keyes is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and an associate of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Keyes received his undergraduate education at the University of Washington and his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia. He served in the Navy for 10 years as an otolaryngologist including the role of Department Head at the Naval Hospital in Charleston, S.C. Dr. Keyes is currently an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Keyes has been with our practice since 2001 and works out of the Chesapeake office.

Charles H. Dennis, M.D.
Dr. Dennis is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He received his education and medical training at the University of Illinois. Dr. Dennis is a retired Colonel in the Air Force. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine in the United Kingdom for Otology and Laryngology. Dr. Dennis has been with the practice since 1994 and works out of our Bayside office.

Kimberly M. Pasquale, M.D., M.M.Sc.
Dr. Pasquale is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and an associate of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She received her undergraduate degree at Indiana State University, her M.M.Sc. at Emory University, and her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Pasquale received training at the University of Alabama in Birmingham where she specialized in head and neck surgery. She furthered her specialty in laryngology at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Pasquale has been with the practice since 2001 and works out of our Chesapeake and Western Branch offices.

Richard F. Debo, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Richard F. Debo earned his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, Maryland in 1984, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Niagra University, New York. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1989. During that time, he was also an Instructor of Surgery at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences from 1989 to 1997, and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery from 1996 to 1997. Since 1997, Dr. Debo has been in private practice in Pennsylvania. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
