Making an AppointmentWe have four conveniently located offices. There are two locations in Chesapeake (in the Great Bridge area and Western Branch area) as well as two locations in Virginia Beach (in the Pembroke area and First Colonial area).When you call for an appointment, please let us know which office you prefer to be seen in -- and if you have a preference for a specific doctor. For your convenience, our computer system links all scheduling communication between offices, so you can make an appointment by calling any office. Our office hours are generally 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. However, please call the office for available appointment times as doctors' schedules may vary. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as
much advance notice as possible. On rare occasions our doctors may need to
treat a patient emergency which requires rescheduling your appointment. We
will do whatever possible to accommodate your needs should this occur.
EmergenciesIn the event of an emergency that is related to an ear,nose or throat problem, please do not hesitate to call the office and explain what is occurring. If you are calling after hours with an emergency, our answering service will contact the on-call physician. In the event of a medical emergency that requires immediate medical attention, please call 9-11 or report to your local emergency room. Insurance & Billing:Our offices participate in all major insurance plans. Every plan has its own set of rules. If your plan requires a written referral by your primary care physician, you must bring this with you. If your primary care physician will not provide a referral, and if your plan requires one, you will be responsible for your bill. If your insurance plan requires paperwork, our staff can help you with the forms. Most of our claims are now sent electronically via computers. Co-pays and any other required payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. | |||||
